Exchanges & Returns
You may return your item for an exchange or refund with 14 days from delivery.
All products must be returned to: Sarcastik jewels, 34 Chepstow road, W2 5BE London, United Kingdom
We are not able to provide an exchange or refund on any of our products that have been personalised.
Products must be returned in their original condition in order to be accepted as a return. Products must be unworn and in a resalable condition. Returned products must be sent in their original packaging and must be accompanied by the original of the invoice.
You are responsible for the shipping cost incurred when sending the products back to Sarcastik Jewels.
Return postage will be refunded in case of faulty products or incorrectly sent products and a refund will be issued.
Exchanges and refunds outside the above timeframe will not be accepted.
We will do our best to process returns within 7 working days of receipt.
Please let us know if you wish to exchange a product (excluding personalised items).
Send us an email at email@example.com with your order number, the name and colour of the item you would like to exchange (with if possible its reference) and the name of the item you would like to replace it with ( with if possible its reference).
We will notify you be email once we have received your returned product.
Refund will be issued through bank transfers.
We offer a flexible returns policy to facilitate your online shopping experience. However, we do monitor the number of returns made and may refuse to accept orders at our discretion if goods are returned repeatedly.
A product is classified as faulty if it is not fit for purpose. If you think you have received a faulty item,please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org at your earliest convenience and no later than 7 days after receiving the product.
Please note that product that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear, by accident or through misuse will not be considered as faulty.
